When I was younger, I saw my family build multiple businesses where everything was organised off a spreadsheet, or a 1000 post-it notes spread across the office. 

When I moved into corporate, it felt like a caveman had very likely created their software and I constantly wanted to tear my hair out wasting time on ridiculous, over complicated systems. 

When I began running my first three businesses, I learned just how easy it was to get bogged down inside the business, with a million things on my to do list, never giving me the chance to actually work on my business and meet my goals. 

The moral of the story? Something had to change. 

With the help of automations, customised systems and elbow grease, I now work less than 25 hours a week and run an agency with full books because I learned the right strategies that work for me, with simplified processes that spend most of my time making money (not doing admin).
